This document contains the terms and conditions applicable to all orders placed on tinycottons.com. By placing your order, you agree with us and accept these terms and conditions.

Tinycottons is the owner of the website tinycottons.com and all of its content, including documentation, images, characters, designs, music, software, codes and formatting scripts. The materials contained on the website are protected by intellectual property rights. Reproduction, modification, republication and/or redistribution to third parties for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of Tinycottons.

Tinycottons does not permit the use of the website's content or its registered trademark for any purpose other than those mentioned above.

Spanish law shall apply to any action taken on our website, as well as to any purchase made thereon. The resolution of any dispute is subject to the courts of Barcelona, Spain.

Placing Orders

To place your order, select the products and quantities you wish to purchase and add them to your basket. You may review your basket before completing your order.

To complete your order, you must follow the online purchase procedure and confirm payment by clicking the option to confirm your card details. Following this step, you will receive an email confirming acceptance of your order.

Tinycottons S.L. will supply products subject to their availability.

If the products are available, you will receive an automated email with information on all stages of your order preparation.

Accordingly, should it be impossible to supply the products included in your order for any reason, Tinycottons will proceed to refund the amount paid for the unavailable product.

Product Guarantee

All products supplied by Tinycottons S.L. carry the guarantee required by current consumer and user legislation. For this guarantee to be valid, it is essential to retain the proof of purchase or purchase support document provided to you by Tinycottons S.L.

Users acknowledge that product images shown on our website are for illustrative purposes only and are intended as a guide; therefore, differences from the actual product may exist.

Descriptions and illustrations of items provided on the website www.tinycottons.com are for informational purposes only and do not form part of any contract.

Should an item present a fault or defect during the guarantee period of 14 working days from receipt of the package, please notify us immediately by writing through the contact form so that we can handle the issue as promptly as possible.

Please note that Archive Sale and Outlet products may present minor imperfections; we do not guarantee a refund for such products.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the package to return purchased products. We cannot exchange returned products for a different size or item; therefore, you must place a new order if you wish to purchase a different product or change the size. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and we recommend using a tracked postal service so you can follow your parcel.

Please note that no returns will be accepted on bath products and perfumes.

TINYCOTTONS will not accept the return of any product that has been used, washed, has had its tag removed, has been damaged, or is not in its original packaging. For this reason, we ask that you take care of the product until it is returned. We cannot accept exchanges or returns of swimwear items for hygiene reasons.

If TINYCOTTONS has made an error regarding your order, we will cover the return shipping costs. In this case, please contact us through our contact form as soon as possible.

TINYCOTTONS reserves the right to inspect products thoroughly before accepting any exchange or return. We will only issue a refund for products that are in the same condition as when they were dispatched.

Payment Methods

Debit or Credit Card
Pay for your purchase in real time with your debit card, or choose to pay later with your credit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and Diners.

PayPal
Keep your data protected and check out faster using just your email and password. Please note that you will complete your purchase directly on the PayPal website.

Klarna
You can now split your order into 4 interest-free payments with Klarna.
Select this payment method at checkout and enter your card details. The first installment is charged immediately, with the remaining 3 charged every 15 days. You can also choose to pay for your order in full in a single payment.

Apple Pay
If you're shopping from a computer, select this payment method, scan the code that appears on screen using the camera on your iPhone or iPad (with iOS 18 or later), and confirm the payment. If you're shopping from your phone, select this payment method and confirm by double-clicking the side button on your device, then complete the transaction using Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode, depending on your iPhone or iPad model.

Google Pay
If you have Google Pay, you can shop at Tiny Cottons quickly and easily. Simply select the "Buy with Google Pay" option at checkout and choose one of your saved cards.
This payment method is available across multiple devices: Android users can shop with Google Pay from their phone, and it can also be used on the web, from either mobile or desktop, through compatible browsers such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge, Opera, or UC Browser.

All payments are processed through secure, encrypted systems that ensure the confidentiality of your data and prevent unauthorized third-party access. Should an error occur during the payment process, you will receive an email notifying you of the issue; in such cases, the payment will not be completed and your order will be placed on hold until you contact our customer service team.

Promotions and Discount Codes Terms

WELCOME OFFER

This promotion is valid exclusively for new subscribers to the TINY & TTBS newsletter. The discount is applied automatically by entering the promotional code at checkout, or by presenting it in-store.

Valid only on full-price items from the new AW26 (Autumn/Winter 26) collection at TINY & TTBS. It does not apply to any other collection, to sale or reduced items, or to items already discounted under another promotion.

Single use per customer, redeemable once only, either in-store or online — whichever comes first.

Cannot be combined with any other offer, discount code, or ongoing promotion. Excludes shipping costs and items labelled Basics, Leather, Victoria, Body Care, TINY Pets and GOMMU.

The discount has no cash value, cannot be exchanged or refunded in cash, and cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases. TINY & TTBS reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time, without prior notice.

EXTRA15 CODE

The code EXTRA15 gives an extra 15% off items already reduced in the SS26 Sale. It does not apply to full-price items.

Valid while stocks last — TINY may withdraw the code once discounted stock runs out.

No cash value, not valid on past orders. In case of a partial return, the refund will reflect the price paid after the EXTRA15 discount.
