This document contains the terms and conditions applicable to all orders placed on tinycottons.com. By placing your order, you agree with us and accept these terms and conditions.

Tinycottons is the owner of the website tinycottons.com and all of its content, including documentation, images, characters, designs, music, software, codes and formatting scripts. The materials contained on the website are protected by intellectual property rights. Reproduction, modification, republication and/or redistribution to third parties for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of Tinycottons.
Tinycottons does not permit the use of the website's content or its registered trademark for any purpose other than those mentioned above.
Spanish law shall apply to any action taken on our website, as well as to any purchase made thereon. The resolution of any dispute is subject to the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
Placing Orders
To place your order, select the products and quantities you wish to purchase and add them to your basket. You may review your basket before completing your order.
To complete your order, you must follow the online purchase procedure and confirm payment by clicking the option to confirm your card details. Following this step, you will receive an email confirming acceptance of your order.
Tinycottons S.L. will supply products subject to their availability.
If the products are available, you will receive an automated email with information on all stages of your order preparation.
Accordingly, should it be impossible to supply the products included in your order for any reason, Tinycottons will proceed to refund the amount paid for the unavailable product.
Product Guarantee
All products supplied by Tinycottons S.L. carry the guarantee required by current consumer and user legislation. For this guarantee to be valid, it is essential to retain the proof of purchase or purchase support document provided to you by Tinycottons S.L.
Users acknowledge that product images shown on our website are for illustrative purposes only and are intended as a guide; therefore, differences from the actual product may exist.
Descriptions and illustrations of items provided on the website www.tinycottons.com are for informational purposes only and do not form part of any contract.
Should an item present a fault or defect during the guarantee period of 14 working days from receipt of the package, please notify us immediately by writing through the contact form so that we can handle the issue as promptly as possible.
Please note that Archive Sale and Outlet products may present minor imperfections; we do not guarantee a refund for such products.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the package to return purchased products. We cannot exchange returned products for a different size or item; therefore, you must place a new order if you wish to purchase a different product or change the size. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and we recommend using a tracked postal service so you can follow your parcel.
Please note that no returns will be accepted on bath products, perfumes, last chance items, or outlet products.
TINYCOTTONS will not accept the return of any product that has been used, washed, has had its tag removed, has been damaged, or is not in its original packaging. For this reason, we ask that you take care of the product until it is returned. We cannot accept exchanges or returns of swimwear items for hygiene reasons.
If TINYCOTTONS has made an error regarding your order, we will cover the return shipping costs. In this case, please contact us through our contact form as soon as possible.
TINYCOTTONS reserves the right to inspect products thoroughly before accepting any exchange or return. We will only issue a refund for products that are in the same condition as when they were dispatched.

Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and many more payment methods through the Adyen payment gateway.
Our bank's security system guarantees the confidentiality and authenticity of the cardholder's details and prevents unauthorised third parties from accessing your data.
Should an error occur during the payment process with your credit card, you will immediately receive an email notifying you of this. In such cases, the payment will not be processed and your order will be placed on hold. You will need to contact us by email to determine what action to take regarding your order.

This promotion is valid exclusively for new newsletter subscribers. The discount is applied when the promotional code is entered at checkout.
Valid on the SS26 collection at TINY & TTBS. Single use per customer, once only, either in-store or online.
Not combinable with other offers or discount codes. Excludes shipping costs and items labelled as Basics, Leather, Victoria, Body Care, TINY Pets and GOMMU.
The discount cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to previous purchases. TINY & TTBS reserve the right to modify or cancel the promotion.
OTHER
Current promotions on the new SS26 collection using a promotional code apply to all items in the collection, with the exception of those labelled Basics, Leather, Victoria, Body Care, TINY Pets and GOMMU, or other promotions or discount codes.
