Our policy
At TINYCOTTONS, we understand the importance of satisfaction with every purchase. Therefore, we offer a 14-day period from the receipt of your package to return purchased items. Please note, however, that we do not process direct exchanges for other sizes or items. To obtain a different product or change the size, we invite you to place a new order. We will take care of the logistics for returned items.
Please be aware that returns and exchanges of perfumes and bath products are not accepted for quality and hygiene reasons. Remember to include the original packing list (the paper sheet enclosed in the package) in your return package.
Please note that we only accept returns submitted through our returns portal.
Any returned product must be unused, unwashed, retain its original tags, be undamaged, and be in its original packaging. We ask that you take care of the product during this period. TINYCOTTONS reserves the right to inspect returned products and will only proceed with a refund if they are in the same condition in which they were dispatched.
Please note that even if our returns portal accepts your items, we cannot guarantee a refund for said items unless they meet all of our return requirements.

The return cost includes shipping and customs handling if you are sending from outside the European Union. This cost must be paid at the time of submitting your return request through our portal with our partner Rever, who manages the shipping and customs process.
The refund will be issued via the same payment method used when placing your order, within a maximum of 30 days from the date your return arrives at the warehouse. During sale periods, refunds may take longer to process.
