RETURNS & REFUNDS

NEED TO MAKE A RETURN?

You can easily request your return through our official returns portal.

Please enter:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used for the purchase

RETURN POLICY

At TINYCOTTONS, we understand the importance of satisfaction with every purchase. Therefore, we offer a 14-day return period from the date you receive your order.

Please note that we currently do not offer direct exchanges for other sizes or items.

If you would like a different size or product, simply:

  1. Place a new order

  2. Return the original item

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned items must: 

✔ Be unused and unwashed

✔ Include all original tags

✔ Be in perfect condition

✔ Be returned in their original packaging

Include the original packing list (the paper included inside the parcel)

Although the returns portal may accept your request, refunds can only be approved once the returned items have been inspected and meet all return requirements. 

TINYCOTTONS reserves the right to inspect returned products and will only proceed with a refund if they are in the same condition in which they were dispatched.

For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for Perfumes or bath products.

Please note that we only accept returns submitted through our returns portal.

RETURN COSTS

  • Mainland Spain: €7.95

  • Canary Islands: €10.95

  • Europe: €14.95

  • UK: €29.95

  • Other countries outside the EU: €43.95

An additional fixed handling fee of €1.50 will be applied to all returns.

Return costs include shipping, logistics handling, and customs management for returns sent from outside the European Union. This cost must be paid at the time of submitting your return request through our portal with our partner Rever, who manages the shipping and customs process.

REFUNDS

The refund will be issued via the same payment method used when placing your order, within a maximum of 30 days from the date your return arrives at the warehouse. During sale periods, refunds may take longer to process.
