We ship all orders within 2 to 5 business days, except during sale periods or peak demand times, when delivery may take longer. In exceptional circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Free shipping is subject to the final order total. If the purchase amount falls below the required minimum due to a return within the period, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs, as the conditions for free shipping will not have been met.

If for any reason your shipment is delayed, we will let you know as soon as possible.
The courier will make two delivery attempts and, if unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our facilities. In this case, Tinycottons reserves the right to charge the corresponding shipping and return costs as compensation for the impossibility of delivering the order. Should the package not be delivered, TINYCOTTONS will not be held responsible. If the package is not returned to our facilities, it will be impossible to issue a refund for the order amount.
Please note that international shipments outside the European Union may be subject to additional duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. We cannot control or predict these charges — it is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional fees for customs clearance.
If you are purchasing from outside the European Union, the prices shown on the website do not include taxes. Please note that taxes will be applied in the form of duties once the package reaches your country's customs. In addition to taxes, you may also be charged for customs procedures. We recommend contacting your local customs office to calculate any potential additional fees. Should you refuse to accept the order due to unexpected additional charges, we reserve the right to charge you for the round-trip shipping costs as well as any additional fees generated by customs.
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with all the information needed to track your delivery. You can also check the status and tracking of your shipment by logging into your account.

- Access the returns portal and enter your Order Number and Email address (it must be the same one you used to place the order)
- Click Continue
- Select the item you wish to return.
- Choose your preferred collection method: drop-off point or home pick-up. You will later receive emails with instructions and labels to send the return.
- In the next step, review the different return shipping rates. Finally, place the packing list inside your return package.

The return cost includes shipping and customs handling if you are sending from outside the European Union. The return cost will be deducted from your refund.
You have 14 days to return any product you have purchased, starting from the date you received the package.
We will not accept the return of any product that is not in the same condition it was sent in (unused, unwashed, undamaged, etc.) and with the label still attached.
Shipping and return costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.

At the moment we do not accept any exchanges. You will need to return the item you do not want and place a new order.
Swimwear, home sprays, Body Care products, and last chance, Archive Sale and Outlet items cannot be returned.
The refund will be issued via the same payment method you used when placing the order, within a maximum of 30 days.
