DELIVERY

I have placed an order, when will I receive it?

We dispatch all orders within 2-5 days from Monday to Friday except for sale and peak periods where this may take longer. In the event of any such exceptional circumstances occurring, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Which countries do you ship to internationally?

We ship worldwide offering Free Shipping to all countries when you spend over 199€.

How much will my shipment cost?

Shipping to Spain:
Free shipping on all purchases over €99, the rest €5.

Shipping outside of Spain:

Purchases above €199*:
Free Shipping!

Purchases below €199*:
European Union: €8
Rest of Europe: €12

Other countries outside Europe: 16$
Russia: €40

The free shipping is subject to the purchase, if the purchase is finally less than the minimum required, for any return within the period, the customer must assume that expense, since the conditions of that shipment have not been met.

How can I get an invoice for my order?

If you want to get an invoice of your order, write us here and we will be happy to assist you.

What shipping methods do you have?

We dispatch all orders within 2-3 days from Monday to Friday except for sale and peak periods where this may take longer.

If for some reason the delivery were delayed, we'll inform you as soon as possible, also in case the stock of any article is not available.

What happens to my order if I'm not in when it arrives?

The couriers will make two attempts at delivery to the address stated and your order will be returned to us after these two attempts. In this last case, Tinycottons reserves the right to collect or withhold any sum due for compensation of damages which it has undergone because of the impossibility of delivering the goods. In case of not being able to deliver the package, TINYCOTTONS will not be responsible for it. If the package is not returned to our facilities, this will make it impossible to refund the order amount.

Will I be charged customs and import charges?

Consider that international shipments outside the European Union, might have some additional duties fees and taxes once the shipment reaches your country.

We cannot control or predict these charges, it is the client's responsibility to pay any additional charges for customs clearance.

If you shop from outside of the European Union, the prices visible on the website are without 21% taxes. Please take into consideration that the tax will be applied in form of duty fees once the parcel arrives at your country's customs. Apart from the tax you might be also charged for the customs procedures.

Please know that the client is responsible for all the additional fees like taxes, duties and customs fees.

We recommend requesting information at your local customs office to calculate any eventual additional fees.

In the case you refuse to receive the order because of the unexpected additional fees, we reserve the right to charge you both depart and return shipment costs as well as the additional fees generated by the customs.

Can I track the delivery of my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation to your email all the information to track your delivery. Also you can check the status and the shipment tracking logging into your account.

Will I be charged return fees and custom charges?

Our return cost:

  • Mainland Spain: €7.95

  • Canary Islands: €10.95

  • Europe: €14.95

  • UK: €30.95

  • Other countries outside the EU: €43.95

The returns cost include shipping cost and duty fees, thanks to our partner Rever.

How long do I have to make my return?

You have 14 days to return any of the products that you have purchased starting at the date of receiving your package.

Can I return a product that has been washed or unlabeled?

We will not accept the return of any product that is not in the conditioned as shipped (not been used, washed, damaged, etc) and must still be labeled.

I made a return. Will the shipping costs be refunded?

The delivery shipping costs and the return costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns with unpaid customs charges, shipping costs or any additional fees will not be accepted.

If we made a mistake regarding your order we will asume the shipping costs. If that case, please contact us as soon as possible here.

Can I request for an exchange?

We don’t do exchanges. If you want another size or item you should return the one purchased and place a new order.

Which products are not accepted as a return?

Swimwear, home spray, Body Care, outlet, Archive Sale and last chance products are non-returnable.

How will I receive my refund?

We will refund the amount of the returned goods through the same payment method you used to purchase your order within 30 days.

Can I return products from different orders in the same package?

No. You need to do it separately.

What payment methods can I use to pay for my order?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal and many more thanks to the Adyen payment gateway.

The security system of our payment gateway guarantees confidentiality and holder authenticity and prevents unauthorized third parties from gaining access to your information.

What currencies can I use to place an order?

All our prices are in euros (€) and US Dollar ($).

Can I get a refund if the price has changed since I ordered it?

As an online business our prices change in response to fashion trends, stock and demand from customers. In this case we will not refund the difference.

When will I be charged for my order?

If your card is authorised, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful. If your card is not authorised, payment will not be taken.

How can I get a promo code to use against an order?

Can I use more than one promo code against my order?

No, you can only use one discount code for each order.
